Kidney Center of Longmont is a smart choice for patients living north of the Denver metro area. Located near the central business district of Longmont, Colorado, off Hwy 119 on Ken Pratt Blvd.

We provide in-center hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and home hemodialysis. Our flexible patient schedule includes a late third shift, making us a convenient choice for local patients and visiting patients as well.

Providing the highest quality patient care is our top priority. We have a 4:1 staff to patient ratio and we’ve earned a 5 Star CMS Dialysis Facility Rating so you can be confident that our highly trained, caring and professional staff will meet or exceed your dialysis expectations.

Our patients enjoy a pleasant environment surrounded by views of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. For their comfort, we provide state-of-the-art amenities including heated or massage chairs, SiriusXM radio, DVD players, and flat screen TVs with computer and Internet access.
